  1. ​​What services do you offer?
    My 3 primary services are logo design, illustration, and painting. However, I also create all manner of branding such as business cards and fliers, provide facepainting, and create vinyls. If it's not listed and you want it, send me an email asking!

  2. Do you offer custom work?
    Absolutely! Just about everything I create is custom work.

Logo Questions

 

  1. So how exactly does this logo design thing work?
    This is probably the most involved question to answer so I have written an indepth
    Blog post explaining it in detail.
    To sum it up quickly, the process goes as follows:
    Consultation>Contract/Deposit>Design phase.
    The Design phase consists of 7 steps:
    1. Thumbnails 
    2. Rough draft 
    3. Approval of rough draft and updated quote
    4. Digital creation/font choice
    5. Final draft
    6. Approval of final logo/invoice
    7. Delivery of files.

     

  2. What's the deal with color schemes?
    Logos come in 3 color schemes: Colored (includes CYMK and RGB), Grayscale and
    Black & white. There are specific uses for each color scheme as explained in this Blog post.

     

  3. What is your return policy for logos?
    I do my utmost to make sure that logos are tailored to the client's vision while being free of
    any spelling or grammatical errors and that all information present is correct. I'm human
    and mistakes are made which is why I need the client's approval before the final files are
    delivered. Just in case, there is a 6 week period where any mistakes or minor changes will
    be taken care of free of charge. After the 6 weeks are past, an update charge will apply. In
    the event that the design must be recreated, the base price for a new design will be applied.
